Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead the development, execution, delivery, and monitoring of power delivery projects, including transmission, distribution, and substations across a defined region.

The role covers proposal development, planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, scheduling, cost control, reporting, and closeout in line with WSP standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; 15+ years PM/leadership in power delivery or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for large-scale Power Delivery projects (transmission, distribution, substation).
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and compliance across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IOUs, IPPs, cooperatives, and public power clients.
• Mentor and develop project staff and engineers.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards.
• Maintain governance through PMP, QP, PSP, and risk registers.
