WSP USA seeks a Power Delivery Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day PM activities for substation, transmission, and distribution projects across the US. You will guide EPC efforts, ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met, and mentor teams to uphold WSP’s standards.

The role requires extensive experience in power delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for in-person client and project meetings while supporting a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• 15+ years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high/very high voltage projects.
• 3+ years managing EPC-delivery projects; strong PM processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for PM activities across EPC substation, transmission, and distribution projects in the US.
• Mentor project management staff on internal processes, earned value, and PMBoK practices.
• Lead or participate in contract reviews, risk mitigation, and client presentations; drive project closeout and lessons learned.
