Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master for remote, contract work to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. You will drive delivery from planning through deployment, coordinating engineering, product, and leadership to align on goals and governance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in digital project management, strong Agile/Scrum experience, and demonstrated executive communication. W2 benefits apply; hourly rate $65–$75.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and serve as main point of contact for sprint activities and velocity tracking.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through post-launch stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Serve as liaison among leadership, technology teams, and vendors.
