Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives on a contract basis. The role spans planning through deployment, coordinating engineering, product, vendors, and executives to align delivery goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in digital project management, strong Agile experience, and proven ability to manage multiple streams while maintaining governance and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer tech.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise with Jira and Asana; familiarity with Agile/CSM, Lean, and planning tools.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple sub-projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement solutions.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Management and define acceptance criteria.
• Oversee ticket refinement for actionable work.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering, partners, and clients.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, escalation, dependencies.
• Liaise among business leadership, tech teams, vendors, stakeholders.
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes.
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, readiness.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
