Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager for remote contract work to oversee digital initiatives for a state health plan. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive schedules and releases while communicating status to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating agile teams, vendor and enterprise program alignment, and ensuring governance and quality. Must be willing to work on a W2 basis with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience delivering digital projects in insurance/healthcare.
• Proficiency with risk logs, action follow-up, project plans, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery for digital initiatives with integrated plans and release timelines.
• Coordinate across Agile teams, engineering, product, stakeholders, vendors, and programs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate when needed.
• Translate complex delivery info into clear updates for executives.
• Support Agile delivery with PI planning, sprints, and cross-team coordination.
