Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for remote, contract-to-hire work supporting SAP OTC initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, manage backlog, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires SAP project management experience, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement. W2 benefits are provided; compensation is $60–$70/hr.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years IT experience managing technology projects.
• Prior SAP project management experience.
• Experience with security, compliance, and IAM projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage backlog, priorities, and timelines with SAP teams.
• Coordinate plans across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Identify dependencies and critical path; communicate milestones.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget; escalate issues with options.
• Record and report risks; secure stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare status reports, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Mentor others in project management methods.
