Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master for remote contract work in the United States. You will drive delivery across digital platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize processes from planning to stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital project management experience for consumer-facing products.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer tech organizations.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Jira and Asana; knowledge of planning tools is a plus.
• Proven record of managing cross-functional enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and coordinate sprint activities and cross-team dependencies.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Management and define acceptance criteria.
• Oversee refinement to ensure actionable work items and measurable velocity.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Manage programs with engineering teams, vendors, and internal clients.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
