Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives on a contract basis. The role is remote and requires coordinating engineering, product, finance, vendors and leadership to align on delivery goals.

You will facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, translate business requirements for technical partners, manage dependencies, and maintain backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Background supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer technology organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and serve as main point of contact for sprint activities, velocity tracking, and cross-team dependencies.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate technical constraints to business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize and maintain the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria, definition of ready, and definition of done.
• Oversee ticket refinement to ensure work items are actionable and measurable for capacity and velocity per sprint and program increment.
