equivant is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple software implementation projects across the United States. You will drive full lifecycle project management, coordinate with customer leadership, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

You will join a team of agile project managers in a remote-capable role, with up to 50% travel and a large annual bonus opportunity. A bachelor's degree and strong PM certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing fixed-price and time-and-material software implementation projects.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, executive and non-executive staff.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple software implementation projects across the US.
• Full life-cycle project management using defined frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical paths; monitor scope and budget.
• Coordinate with customers' leadership, accounting, and operations teams.
• Prepare status reports, risk logs, and project documentation; conduct regular status meetings.
• Close projects and document lessons learned; support process improvements.
