Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives. This fully remote role supports distributed teams across international locations, with a focus on delivering projects from conception to deployment and aligning with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in project management, strong leadership, and experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, plus proficiency with PM software and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with digital transformation/IT projects.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, software development and system integration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in remote settings.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources for remote teams.
• Oversee risk management; proactively identify and mitigate challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among distributed team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
