Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide Owner’s Representative services for national office-infrastructure and renovation projects, with a focus on the Southeast US. The role combines client leadership, design and construction oversight, and multi-project delivery across occupied facilities.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, strong PM skills, and preferred LEED/AP/ CCM designations. Travel to Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and Johnson City, TN is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Provide project reporting to Project Management Director and other business leaders.
• Coach and develop other Project Managers to build depth across the function.
• Define project delivery resources from qualified lists or qualification processes; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Lead regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to create new methods for achieving goals.
• Demonstrate expertise within the organization and cross-area knowledge.
