Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure and facility renovation projects nationwide with a focus on the Southeast region of the United States.

You will act as Owner’s Representative from initiation through completion, collaborating with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, and resources while guiding a team of project managers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner's Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Provide project reporting to leadership and coach other project managers.
