Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager for national office infrastructure and renovations with a Southeast US focus. You will act as Owner’s Representative on HVAC, chiller, UPS, generator upgrades and interior/exterior renovations in occupied spaces.

The role requires leading planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while coordinating with clients and executives. Travel 20–40% to sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial/professional services projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Lead client communications, scope definition, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide project reporting to senior leadership and coach other project managers.
• Establish resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve or escalate issues; facilitate status meetings.
