• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk management.
• Lead delivery resources and coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
