Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure and renovation projects nationwide, focusing on the Southeast US. You will serve as Owner’s Representative from initiation through completion, with remote work and 20-40% travel to sites in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Johnson City, TN.

You will manage scope, resources, budgets, and schedules, and mentor other project managers while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver complex real estate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. Procore and Textura experience is beneficial.
• Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources projects is required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages.
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Project reporting to Project Management Director and other business leaders.
• Management and coaching of other Project Managers to develop expertise.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
