Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead nationwide office infrastructure and MEP renovation projects for a financial services client, focusing on the Southeast. The role is remote with 20-40% travel to client sites across Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA and Johnson City, TN.

You will manage all delivery aspects from initiation to close, collaborate with senior leaders, develop scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, and coach other PMs for delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. Procore and Textura experience is beneficial
• Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources projects is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones.
• Provide project reporting to PM Director and business leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
• Define resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Keep project on schedule; resolve or advance issues.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams to completion.
