Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure and facility renovation projects for a financial services client. The role is remote with travel to client sites across the Southeast, including Charlotte, Atlanta and Johnson City, TN, and requires delivering projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk and quality, coach other project managers, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project; Procore and Textura beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budgets, work plans, and risk & quality plans.
• Provide project reporting to director and senior leaders; coach other project managers.
