Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Temp Senior Project Manager/Owner’s Rep for a 6-12 month contract, based in Tampa, FL, with hybrid work and ~20% travel. You will lead national office infrastructure projects focused on HVAC, chiller, UPS, generators and other MEP upgrades for a financial services client.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, LEED/AP, PMP or CCM preferred, and strong collaboration with senior leadership to deliver critical projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, and risk identification.
• Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other leaders.
