Job summary

Affim is building a consumer loyalty program from scratch, owning the vision, roadmap, and success metrics across quarters. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics to design earn and burn mechanics and the surfaces that demonstrate value in-app, at checkout, and after a purchase.

This remote-first role requires 8+ years in product management within fintech, strong financial modeling, and a track record shipping loyalty or regulated consumer products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management in consumer mobile apps/fintech
• Built or scaled loyalty, rewards or engagement programs
• History of launching products from scratch
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric
• Comfort building the financial model and defending reward cost
• Strong UX instincts and design emphasis
• Fluency in experiment design, incrementality, and LTV measurement
• Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products; cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program across quarters
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers including earn mechanics and redemption
• Build engagement loops and surfaces to drive weekly use
• Own program economics: liabilities, funding mix, incentives, and GMV payback
• Set up measurement foundation for loyalty and tune earn/burn and tiers
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing
• Align stakeholders and lead embedded teams through ambiguity
