Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the consumer loyalty program from concept to launch. You will craft the vision, define earn/burn mechanics, and drive engagement across app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.

You will partner with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliant, transparent rewards. This role requires strong analytics, financial modeling, and a track record of launching consumer fintech products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with consumer mobile apps/fintech or neobanks.
• Built or scaled loyalty/rewards/engagement programs (points, tiers, perks).
• Experience launching products from scratch, not just optimizing existing ones.
• Owned repeat usage/retention or share of wallet as a primary metric.
• Able to build defendable financial models for rewards costs and funding.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to judge reward vs. badge design.
• Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality, and LTV measurement.
• Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s loyalty program across quarters.
• Launch first rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics and redemption across surfaces.
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly use of Affim.
• Own program economics: reward liability, funding mix, inc. GMV vs cost per member.
• Set up measurement foundation for loyalty: holdouts, incrementality, LTV, and tune earn/burn.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing for compliant rewards.
• Align stakeholders and coordinate across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing teams.
