Job summary

Affim is hiring for a consumer loyalty program lead. You will own the loyalty roadmap, define earn/burn mechanics, and design surfaces that demonstrate value at in-app, checkout, and post-purchase moments.

You will build engagement loops, manage program economics, and measure long-term LTV, working with Risk, Legal, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant, transparent rewards. Remote-first with US-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent.
• History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing existing.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric.
• Comfortable building the financial model and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program, setting hypotheses and metrics.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers across app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.
• Build engagement loops that drive weekly use and loyalty.
• Own program economics: reward liability, funding, interchange and incentives.
• Set up measurement foundation for loyalty, run incrementality testing and optimize LTV.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant rewards.
• Align senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution across pods.
