Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS or 6 years equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of platform, cloud, or software engineering experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance cloud platform solutions.
• Define monitoring requirements and automated incident resolution.
• Ensure engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, CI, documentation).
• Design, implement, and manage a scalable, observable cloud platform for workloads.
• Identify process improvements in Platform Services Operations and drive change.
