Qualifications

• Consulting level experience with 6+ years; Bachelor's required, Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years inside/outside plant in telecom experience with ISP/OSP knowledge.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive objectives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence across orgs.
• Knowledge of network topologies across access, transport, data.

Responsibilities

• Develop/define plans for new OSP/ISP plant construction or modifications.
• Monitor network capacity trends; advise leadership on actions and costs.
• Define market-level strategy for short and long term transformation.
• Support cross-functional teams in transport, Field Ops, and others.
• Prepare plans/specifications; provide cost data for budgeting.
• Oversee installation/construction and testing of plant facilities.
• Stay current with industry developments and trends.
