Job summary

Omni Lab is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search and paid social for fast-growing B2B SaaS clients. You’ll build and scale full-funnel campaigns, optimize budgets, and drive measurable pipeline impact.

You’ll partner with founders and marketing leaders, owning day-to-day management across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset is essential to push performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience across search and social.
• Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities and test ideas.
• Comfortable telling data-driven stories for clients and execs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaigns and budgets for paid search and social.
• Identify and pitch new strategies, tests, and audience segments.
• Own the optimization cycle from hypothesis to measurement and iteration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners on best practices.
• Share ownership of client communications around strategy and reporting.
• Pull reports, monitor trends, and connect paid media to pipeline and revenue.
• Research issues and formulate actionable, testable solutions.
