Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Staff Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation for the Mid-Market segment. You will drive programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, testing, and optimization, with a focus on SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.

You will collaborate across marketing, sales, analytics, and product to design and scale lifecycle campaigns, ABM initiatives, and signal-based plays in a remote, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in multi-channel demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and account/customer acquisition strategies.
• Ability to diagnose funnel stall points and build targeted programs; lifecycle campaigns for SaaS.
• Hands-on marketing automation experience with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of ABM/ABX and intent data platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ROI-analysis skills.
• Strong execution and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Design programs to move audiences toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
• Plan and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, nurture, retention, win-back).
• Set up, test, QA, and deploy programs using Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or equivalents.
• Analyze campaign data, ROI, and program logic to decide scaling or discontinuation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior marketers on progression logic.
