Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a highly strategic Principal People Partner to advise senior leaders and align people strategy with business goals. You will lead organizational design, change initiatives, and risk mitigation while building a culture of performance and collaboration.

As a senior individual contributor reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner across the PTE team and SLT to enable leaders and teams to achieve high-impact outcomes while leveraging HR systems and data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience
• 8+ years in an HR Business Partner/People Partner role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient with HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Suite)
• Experience with Greenhouse and Culture Amp preferred
• Insurance industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Bridge business strategy and people strategy for senior leaders
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives
• Provide expert consultation on people lifecycle and risk management
• Drive talent development, performance enablement and high-performing teams
• Advise leaders on employee relations and policy changes
• Collaborate with executive leadership across the Pie organization
