Job summary

Articulate is seeking a Principal People Experience Partner to accelerate organizational capability across Product, Design, and Engineering. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into practical People solutions, diagnosing needs and shaping company-wide practices to scale the employee and manager experience.

You’ll lead organizational design, performance, retention, and development initiatives, using HR systems and AI-enabled solutions to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR/Talent experience with 4+ years as a People Partner or HRBP in SaaS/tech.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering and advising VP-level leaders.
• Broad expertise across organizational design, performance and talent management, change, and employee relations.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity and influence senior leaders.
• Track record of owning major cross-functional People programs or practices.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into People strategies.
• Experience leading client groups through organizational change.
• Experience leveraging HR systems and AI-enabled solutions to shape scalable solutions.
• Proven impact beyond a single client group across teams or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers, translating strategy into action.
• Lead the talent agenda for assigned client groups, including design, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession, retention, performance, and development.
• Shape and own company-wide People programs, partnering with the People Team from design to rollout and measurement.
• Identify patterns with business, talent, and organizational insights to improve decision-making and employee experiences.
• Guide leaders through organizational change by diagnosing risks, shaping communication, and managing change with resilience.
• Own engagement approach for client groups, including survey planning, leadership debriefs, and translating feedback into action.
• Provide strategic counsel on employee lifecycle moments and decisions affecting employee/manager experience.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and escalate when needed.
• Drive operational excellence by simplifying, automating, and improving work at scale.
• Strengthen the People Partner function by sharing expertise and improving practices across Articulate.
