Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Principal II People Business Partner to act as a strategic consultant to executive leaders across Corporate Functions. You will design scalable workforce strategies, lead organizational change, and champion high-performance talent initiatives in a complex global matrix.

In this role, you will partner with Centers of Excellence, use analytics to guide decisions, and apply AI-enabled tools to streamline People processes and accelerate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a strategic People Business Partner role with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, understand global cultural nuances, and align talent strategies with business outcomes.
• Experience using generative AI tools, automation, or analytics to elevate HR work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute global talent strategies that drive business performance across Corporate Functions.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as client groups scale.
• Direct talent and succession planning, high-potential development, and executive coaching with Centers of Excellence.
• Leverage workforce analytics and hiring trends to inform People strategies and regional HR programs.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and accelerate talent initiatives.
