Pie Insurance is seeking a highly strategic Principal People Partner to align people strategy with business goals and lead organizational design, leadership transitions, and performance programs across the company. This role partners with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to build high-performing teams and drive a culture of agility and execution.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience
• 8+ years in an HR Business Partner/People Partner role or equivalent
• Proficient with HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite
• Experience with policy development and change management programs

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic partnerships with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent strategy
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and performance development
• Lead change management initiatives including org design and leadership transitions
• Advise on employee relations, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing, outcome-oriented teams
• Oversee performance management and data-driven people analytics
• Collaborate with People Team to drive engagement and retention strategies
• Support executive onboarding and organizational policy updates
