Job summary

PMA is seeking a People Partner Lead / Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to executives and lead the People Operations team. You will translate business strategy into people initiatives, guide talent development, and shape employee experience across a national footprint.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and HR policy, while also driving compensation design, job architecture, and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 2+ years in senior HRBP/leadership roles.
• Experience in national multi-state organizations with compliance knowledge.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance and employee relations.
• Experience in compensation planning, job architecture and total rewards.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex people issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic people advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Lead or mentor People Team members and align initiatives with business strategy.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate on compensation cycles, job design, and workforce planning.
• Design and administer benefits programs and career tracks.
• Ensure compliance with laws across multiple states and federal contractors if applicable.
