The position emphasizes payroll tax defect resolution, with focus on federal/state notices, amended returns, and SOP/KB improvements. Flexible hours with potential overtime apply.

Formación

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with focus on tax defect resolution across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of state and federal payroll tax notice types with ability to draft penalty abatement requests.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex state and federal payroll tax notices across multiple quarters and states.
• Prepare and file amended Federal and State payroll tax returns (941-X, W-2c) end-to-end across 10+ states.
• Diagnose and resolve payroll tax errors spanning multiple pay periods and jurisdictions.
