Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Payroll Tax Processor to lead complex tax defect resolutions, ownership of multi-state amended returns, and to mentor junior staff on best practices.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with focus on tax defect resolution across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of State and Federal payroll tax notices and responses.
• Experience preparing amended Federal/State payroll tax returns (Form 941-X, W-2c).
• Deep knowledge of FICA, FUTA, FITW and tax deposit schedules.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff as an SME.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPP/EA differentiator.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex payroll tax notices across multiple states from intake to closure.
• Prepare and file amended returns (Federal and State) end-to-end.
• Diagnose payroll tax errors spanning multiple periods or jurisdictions.
• Maintain high productivity in case resolution with accuracy.
• Coach and support Senior Processors; share knowledge across the team.
• Draft SOPs and KB articles; identify recurring error patterns.
