Responsibilities

• Resolve complex state and federal payroll tax notices end-to-end.
• Prepare and file amended returns (Form 941-X, W-2c) across multiple states.
• Coach and mentor staff; share resolution knowledge to build team capability.
• Develop SOPs and KB articles for core processes; identify recurring issues.
