Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead billing and payments initiatives within our Zuora-based enterprise platform. You will drive reporting enhancements, automation opportunities, and cost optimizations while ensuring SOX compliance and seamless integrations with ERP and customer-facing systems.

You will collaborate with product, finance, and technical teams to gather requirements, perform analysis, and guide UAT and deployment through cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance, eCommerce, or Billing/Payments in a tech company.
• Experience with ERP/billing systems (Zuora, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Familiarity with PCI, NACHA, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand billing and payment reporting capabilities leveraging AI tools.
• Evaluate operational workflows to identify automation opportunities with business, accounting, and technical teams.
• Lead initiatives to optimize card and ACH acceptance performance while reducing costs.
• Manage incident response and mitigation for payment-related outages and performance issues.
• Drive projects to enhance Zuora functionality and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Lead UAT cycles with cross-functional stakeholders and support deployment of payment solutions.
• Serve as a Zuora SME to maintain configurations amid evolving business needs.
