Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Senior or Functional Business Analyst.
• 5+ years supporting billing systems, payment platforms, or subscription-based environments.
• Experience supporting data migration or billing platform implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Proficient with Jira for requirements management, user stories, and project tracking.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to map current- and future-state processes.
• Analyze billing workflows, subscriptions, recurring payments, credits, debits, and invoicing processes.
• Document requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies within Jira.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Support data migration by mapping legacy billing data to a new platform.
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Assist with testing strategy, test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Support multiple migration waves leading up to production deployment.
