Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for Finance Systems (Zuora) to strengthen subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You will partner with global finance, sales, and IT to align Zuora with strategic goals and ride the evolution of the Experience Management platform.

You will own platform governance, drive data mappings, and implement scalable solutions across Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and related finance systems in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance systems development and administration with Zuora knowledge.
• Proven experience configuring Zuora Billing, subscriptions, billing rules, and revenue recognition.
• Experience tracing root causes across data flows between Salesforce CPQ, Workato, Zuora, and NetSuite.
• Understanding of multi-currency billing, localized payment gateways, and global tax compliance (Avalara).
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX internal controls in the finance systems domain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to expert for Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue, guiding configuration and governance.
• Triage issues, identify bug fixes, and prioritize incidents with users and third‑party resources.
• Ensure SDLC adherence, QA, and UAT throughout projects.
• Build solutions using Zuora workflows and API tools; map data pathways and design future‑proof data structures.
• Automate subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition with end‑to‑end testing and maintenance.
• Lead SOX and ITGC reviews for Revenue and Billing systems and ensure compliance.
