Job summary

Zillow Group seeks a Senior Analyst for the Payment Program Management team to oversee billing and payments projects and to optimize Zuora-driven workflows. You will analyze operations, drive automation, and coordinate with business, accounting, and technical teams to improve efficiency and accuracy across the billing stack.

The role involves supporting SOX compliance, gathering requirements for customized payment capabilities, and acting as Zuora SME to adapt configurations with evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a tech company focusing on Finance, eCommerce, Subscription and operational support.
• 5+ years in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Billing/Payments using ERP/billing systems such as Zuora, NetSuite, Oracle.
• Familiarity with PCI, NACHA, SOX compliance, audit requirements and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Expand billing and payment reporting capabilities leveraging AI tools.
• Evaluate workflows to identify automation opportunities with business, accounting and technical teams.
• Lead initiatives to optimize card and ACH acceptance while reducing costs.
• Manage incident response for payment outages to ensure continuity.
• Drive projects to enhance Zuora functionality and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Serve as primary contact for SOX audits and compliance reviews.
• Gather requirements and design specs for customized payment software across units.
• Analyze ERP scenarios to deliver actionable recommendations and ensure alignment.
• Review solutions and test results for regulatory and technical compliance.
• Lead UAT cycles with stakeholders and support deployment of payment solutions.
• Act as Zuora SME to maintain configurations amid evolving needs.
