EPAM Systems, a global technology services company, is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - GCP for a remote position in the United States. You will drive partner-driven growth with a strong quota, combining net-new logos and partner-sourced opportunities to generate measurable revenue.

You will build executive-level relationships across the partner ecosystem, co-develop routes to market, and position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas
• Strong knowledge of partner-led sales models
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
• Understanding of technology ecosystems and alliances
• Ability to engage C-suite executives
• Excellent negotiation and strategic thinking
• Experience in global matrixed organizations
• Degree in business, technology or related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and revenue plan for strategic partners
• Carry a quota combining net-new logo and partner-driven revenue
• Build pipeline through direct prospecting and joint selling with partners
• Manage full sales lifecycle from qualification to close
• Develop joint account strategies with partner teams
• Influence partner organizations to prioritize EPAM initiatives
• Lead client conversations with EPAM and partner propositions
• Execute joint GTM campaigns with measurable pipeline results
• Governance over forecasting and pipeline accuracy
• Maximize partner investment to accelerate joint wins
