Job summary
Astound is seeking a Senior Business Operations Coordinator to support the National Sales team with billing, project coordination, and vendor management. This remote role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain end-to-end workflow continuity, strengthen communication, and reduce duplication to drive efficiency and accuracy.
The position offers opportunities to contribute across multiple Business Operations functions, with a focus on data analytics, reporting, and process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong data analytics and reporting background.
- Experience with CRM and billing/order systems.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between departments and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate with external sources to ensure accurate performance data and recommend improvements.
- Support with business requirements documentation for system and operational changes.
- Promote continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
