Job summary

Astound is seeking a Senior Business Operations Coordinator to support the National Sales team with critical operational services across billing, project coordination, and vendor management. This role is remote with opportunities to contribute across multiple Business Operations functions.

You will collect and analyze operational data, optimize business processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operations design.
• Experience supporting telecommunications order-to-bill processes (ordering/provisioning, billing, invoicing, credits/adjustments).

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency.
• Facilitating communication between departments and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with outside sources to ensure accurate performance data and recommend process improvements.
• Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation for system changes.
• Educate and promote continuous improvement with process owners to drive better results.
