New Relic, Inc. is seeking a regional Solutions Consulting leader within the Customer Adoption organization to build and evolve the team, driving value for customers as they scale their technology.

You will mentor and expand the team of Solutions Consultants, collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Success Managers, and help customers realize time-to-value from the New Relic Platform. The role blends DevOps, Observability, and AI topics, with a clear path to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct customer facing Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct management of solutions consulting teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of your teams expanding New Relic's customer base.
• Manage team to deliver a growing catalog of services that accelerate time to value for new customers.
• Coach account teams with POVs, RFP responses, and business justifications in a presales capacity.
• Provide thought leadership around observability and business transformation.
