Job summary
Ensono seeks an experienced IoT/Observability Engineer to design and run enterprise monitoring and telemetry across Linux/Windows, VMware, middleware, and cloud. You will build dashboards, manage Instana/SolarWinds/InfluxDB-based pipelines, and ensure high availability through robust RCA, alerting, and SLO/SLA practices.
You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Service Delivery teams, automate tasks, and support FOAK integrations with Grafana and ELT platforms.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability, Infrastructure Operations, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana, Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
- Experience supporting FOAK applications and Enterprise Logging & Telemetry (ELT) platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, middleware, and IoT services using IBM Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds, and related tools.
- Configure data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus, and monitoring agents.
- Analyze metrics, logs, traces, events, and telemetry data for performance, reliability, and health.
