Job summary

Ensono is seeking an experienced IoT / Observability Engineer to design and operate enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and automation across Linux/Windows, VMware, and cloud platforms. You will work with Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and ELT tools to ensure high availability and performance.

The role emphasizes SRE practices, incident management, RCA, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Service Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and operating enterprise monitoring/observability solutions.
• Proficient with Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and ELT pipelines.
• Strong RCA, incident management, and operational health monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards/alerts/visualizations using Grafana.
• Monitor via IBM Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds; manage data collection with Telegraf/Prometheus.
• Analyze telemetry to identify bottlenecks and degradations.
• Support SLO/SLA monitoring and RCA activities.
