Lumen seeks a Senior Manager, Network Planning to provide enterprise-level leadership for network capacity, investment, and deployment planning across technologies and markets. You will convert business demand, performance, and strategy into prioritized network plans and lead managers toward measurable outcomes.

Remote, full-time role in the USA with coordination across product, architecture, engineering, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network planning, telecommunications, infrastructure strategy, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, priorities, and operating plans for a portfolio spanning capacity, modernization, optimization, and growth.
• Translate business strategy and roadmaps into multi-year investment plans with defined outcomes.
• Drive integrated planning across network domains for end-to-end alignment and investment decisions.
• Own portfolio governance, risk, and executive-level communication.
