Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying microservices or independently deployable distributed applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience migrating business logic from stored procedures into application services.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OpenAPI specs, OAuth 2.0, and JWT security models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud-native migration.
• Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery of features.
• Mentor offshore teams, remove blockers, and provide regular progress updates.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by moving logic from SQL Server stored procedures to C# services with automated tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases with secure, reliable deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality, security, and technical decisions.
