Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior .NET Technical Lead to guide the modernization of legacy applications into scalable cloud-native services on AWS. You will lead design, development, and delivery, mentor offshore teams, and ensure high-quality, secure deployments.

This role emphasizes strong C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server expertise, and experience migrating stored procedures into application services.

Competenze

• 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years working with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying microservices or independently deployable distributed applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience migrating business logic from stored procedures into application services.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth 2.0, and JWT-based security models.
• Experience with EF Core, Dapper, asynchronous programming, and application performance optimization.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, and messaging/event-driven technologies such as SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and API/contract testing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams, including offshore resources.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining accountability for code quality, security, and technical decisions.
