Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in IT/engineering, including hands‑on field installation of network equipment and familiarity with industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems, and experience with SCADA/DCS protocols including Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, and serial communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured monitoring and quality control practices.
• Comfort operating independently within a highly matrixed, global organization across multiple sites, functions, and time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30-50% annually.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Visio, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities
