Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Staff Solution Consultant within the Technical Sales team to articulate grid software value, translate customer requirements into solutions, and manage RFI responses and budget proposals.

You will collaborate across Sales, Commercial, Product Management and Delivery, lead technical opportunities, apply Lean principles, and help shape product roadmaps for AMERICAS with occasional regional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 7 years of technical or project management experience.
• Experience with EMS, SCADA, and/or ADMS in engineering or project delivery.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Technical Sales team and develop solutions meeting complex requirements.
• Manage customer specification reviews, RFIs, and budgetary proposals.
• Lead opportunities to ensure alignment with technical strategy.
• Support Lean initiatives and daily management to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams.
