Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced engineer for a remote leadership role in North America and beyond. You will manage project execution, develop technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with Sales and operations to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading project reviews, managing schedules, and ensuring billing milestones align with client expectations, while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in power systems, power generation, or utility consulting.
• Experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience developing technical proposals and project estimates.
• Working knowledge of power system analysis and turbine/generator/power plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, resource loading, and execution risks.
• Drive revenue by managing billing milestones and ensuring projects progress toward invoicing.
• Monitor backlog, forecast execution, and identify schedule conflicts before they impact customers.
• Support business planning, operational metrics, and reporting.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and regular execution reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales to transition opportunities into successful project execution.
• Work directly with Sales and Com Ops to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Execute consulting projects as an individual contributor and perform power system studies.
