Job summary

ITDS Business Consultants is seeking a Senior Customer Experience and Mobile App Onboarding Specialist to design and optimize onboarding for mobile apps, improving retention and engagement. This remote role welcomes fully flexible work.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze user data, and ensure a seamless, brand-consistent experience across touchpoints. Polish language skills are required along with English, and candidates must have EU work eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in customer experience, UX, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in building customer journeys and onboarding processes for mobile applications.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Good command of Polish and English.
